During dieting and weight management, it is especially important to drink a lot. Herbal tea is an ideal companion during a diet, as its delicious taste makes it easy for you to drink enough liquid throughout the day. In addition to that, drinking a lot speeds up the metabolism and thus properly supports the success of the diet.

DGE (German Nutrition Association) recommends drinking approx. 1.5 l of water or unsweetened tea per day. Depending on the outside temperature and work, and above all during the diet, you have to drink even more.
To achieve your goal: Celebrate it! Why not buy yourself a new mug that is suitable for your diet and that you especially enjoy drinking from? Make yourself a pot of tea every day, preferably at the same time, and take the brewing time into account. If the tea is brewed for too short or too long, its taste may suffer.
Preparation: Pour 1–2 heaping teaspoonfuls of tea into a large cup and pour boiling water over it (approx. 200 ml). Let it brew for 5–7 minutes under the lid and strain. Enjoy: 3-4 cups a day.
