Plant
The Cistus Incanus plant belongs to the daylily plant family and is mainly found in the warm Mediterranean region (e.g. Greece and Turkey). In good climatic conditions, the plant can grow up to a meter high, and during the flowering period from April to June, it has beautiful pink or purple flowers with a diameter of 4 to 6 cm.
Cultivation
Cultivating the Cistus Incanus plant is unfortunately a hopeless case, as cistus only grows wild. The Cistus Incanus plant is only found in the entire Mediterranean area, where it thrives best on limestone or silicate rock in the middle of various scrubby vegetation and shrub formations.
Use
Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with water.
