Application:

Apply a thin layer to the skin, massaging in circular motions.

After 10 – 20 minutes, rinse off the gel residue with warm water or remove with a damp cloth.

The procedure should be carried out 2 – 3 times a week.

For bruises: apply the gel immediately after injury, which may lead to the appearance of a haematoma, and then 2-3 times a day until the bruise disappears.
