Plant

Cistus Incanus belongs to the genus of day-tripping plants and occurs mainly in the warm Mediterranean region (e.g. Greece and Turkey). In good climatic conditions, the plant can grow up to a meter in height and during the flowering period from April to June it has beautiful pink or purple flowers with a diameter of 4 to 6 cm.

Cultivation

Cultivation of the Cistus Incanus plant is unfortunately a hopeless case, as the cistus only grows wild. Cistus Incanus is found only in the entire Mediterranean region, where it thrives best on limestone or silicate rock amidst various shrubby vegetation and shrub formations.
